I am interested in learning more about the status of HUD's Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity efforts related identifying and sharing guidance on best practices for community land use, especially zoning reform. Where does this stand? When is final guidance expected to be issued? We are in the middle of Land Development Code (LDC) Reform efforts in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky, and would like to see this guidance.
