2011 Income Limits
Does anyone have any idea when the 2011 income limits will be published?
Thank you for your question. HUD’s FY2011 estimates of median family income and their associated income limits are expected to be published in the next several weeks. We wish that we could provide an exact date; however, given that new sources of data are available from the Census Bureau, we are working as hard as possible to incorporate this new data and ensure the best possible estimates.
I'm waiting for information as well! I haven't heard a word about it...
Anything new yet? We have applicants waiting to do income survey's...
Any word from the Census about when the 2010 information will be available to calculate new census block group income information? We expect that we may have a change.

I'm trying to compile the Median Family Income for each Metro Statistical Area only.

Will the Median Family Income "Estimated FY 2011 Decile Distributions by Area" PDF or Word files be published later? Or will they not be published, and said data only available via they database portal? Also, is it possible to get those tables in a excel format (with their respective CBSA numbers)?

The Section 8 Income Limits excel file comes close to what I need but I notice that the Metro area is not included where there are Division Areas. For example: CBSA 2274, 33124, and 48424 are published, but not 33100 (in the Income Limits file). If there is a way for me to derive the Metro's MFI from the Division that would also work.

Multifamily Tax Subsidy Projects (MTSP) Income Limits were developed to meet the requirements established by the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-289) that allows 2007 and 2008 projects to increase over time. The MTSP income Limits are used to determine qualification levels as well as set maximum rental rates for projects funded with tax credits authorized under section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code (the Code) and projects financed with tax exempt housing bonds issued to provide qualified residential rental development under section 142 of the Code.
Thank you for posting in the HUD USER Forums. The HUD USER Forums provide a space for housing and community development researchers, academics, policymakers, and housing practitioners to interact with each other and discuss the material provided on HUD USER.

The Multifamily Tax Subsidy Projects (MTSP) Income Limits data set, along with the income limits documentation system, may be accessed using the following link: <a href=""></a>.

Additional HUD USER data sets can be found on our data sets homepage, here: A description of each data set is available in the guide to HUD USER data sets, as well as listed in a table rated by each data set’s relevance and usefulness for research in the designated categories, which include housing topics such as housing finance, homelessness, and fair housing at <a href=""></a>.
Does anyone have any idea when the 2020 income limits will be published?
