I thought this might be a good place to post as I am seeking sources on past housing development programs and how their sites have affected the surrounding community in the last 20 years. I’m a doctoral student in regional development and planning. My research is based specifically on the effects of development that occurred as a result of HUD programs, such as HOPE VI. I am hoping to obtain more information on these sites today that were developed initially during the 1990s. I am still in the initial phase of research, so I am looking to choose specific case studies to focus on. Does anyone have any resources about this they can share?
