Does anyone know why the scores and dates in the Physical Inspection Scores data provided by HUD User are different for the same properties than those data provided by REMS? Thanks!

In all likelihood, this is because the scores and dates are of different vintages. While the differences bear further investigation on our part, we can get to the bottom of that and let you know. Please check back on or about the first of November, when we hope to be able to provide additional clarification.
