Does anyone out there know:
1) Will Rapid Re-Housing and Homelessness Prevention Activities be considered permanent housing projects under the upcoming Super NOFA?
2) How are CDBG entitlement funds being modified as they relate to the new Emergency Solutions Grant Program? And how will those modifications be funded--are they new funds altogether or funds allocated from the Supportive Housing Program?
