Critical Research

There is a need for critical research of the public school education to adequately address the staggering inequalities faced by lesser wealth and minority students.

Research and analysis is necessary to develop strategies to support the whole child; not just the instructional side, but an integrated focus on academics, social and emotional development skills, including sharing, self-control and relationship building with peers and adults. Services, supports and opportunities can open the door for value-added student performance and stronger families.
