Research needs in this category would focus on a broad swath of HUD programs, including those for households experiencing homelessness, facing health challenges, and seeking to improve their labor market outcomes. Useful ideas about research gaps could relate to how these programs can achieve better results through understanding barriers, coordinating efforts with other partners, using best practices, and improving access to supportive services.
